Ganesh Himal Trek is the trekking experience in the Ganesh Himal region which is designed to witness a diverse lifestyle of different Nepalese community encompassed in beautiful natural scenery. The main specialty of this trip is the base camp of the Ganesh Himal where there are two lakes one is Black and other is white along with twin waterfalls known as ganga and Jamuna which brings joy to anyone’s heart. Ganesh Himal Trek is recommended by many trekkers though it is not as popular as Annapurna and Everest. This area in March and April will be full of mountainsides red with magnificent Rhododendron blooms which is Nepal’s national flower. During your trip you will came across Gorkha, the birthplace of modern Nepal. This was the home of King Prithivi Naryan Shah, who fought many wars to unite the tiny kingdoms spread throughout the land now known as Nepal. His Palace can be seen on the top of the hill at Gorkha. This area is also the homeland of the original of Gorkha Warriors. The Ganesh Himal trek begins at Trishuli, a four hours drive from Kathmandu and ends at Gorkha, a six hour drive to return to Kathmandu.

The first glimpse of this greets all the trekkers, when you go crossing over the hills and leave Kathmandu behind. After 9 hours bus ride you arrive at the trek starting point called Syabru Besi well known trekking starting point of Langtang valley. From Syabrubesi you will have full of fun toward Ganesh Himal region passing through newly opened trekking route named “Tamang Heritage”. Just for your kind information its about 6 hours driving point called Bhalche Village, you can start your trekking passing through well known view point and pass – Singla Pass. There is also an alternative way to start your trekking driving 3 hours bus to Dhading Besi  and vice versa.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in kathmandu 1334m, Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition’s representative will transfer to hotel , Ganesh Himal trekking briefing with officially arrangements. overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu – To Betrawati (5- 6hours bus drive). North of Kathmandu via Trishuli Bazar

Day 03: Trisuli/Betrawati trek to Kispang (1600m.)

Day 04: Kispang trek to Thulo Chaur ( 2200m.

Day 05: Thulo Chaur trek to Gonga ( 2900m.

Day 06: Gonga trek to Rupchet (3635m.)

Day 07: Rupchet trek to Shing La Top ( 4100m.) – Kharka ( 2500m.)

Day 08: Forest Camp trek to Pangsang-la Bangyang (4100m.

Day 09: Pangsang-la trek to BangyangTipling ( 2000)

Day 10: Tipling trek to Borang ( 1700m.)

Day 11: Borang trek to Jharlang (1700m.)

Day 12: Jharlang trek to Kintang Phedi ( 800m.)

Day 13: Kintang Phedi trek to Jamrung Dubar( 1800m.)

Day 14: Jamrung Durbar trek to Dhading Bensi (700m.)

Day 15: Dhading bensi by private vehicle /bus drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 16: After breakfast, our tour guide will take to for historical monuments sightseing in kathmandu valley such as Bhaktapur, Pasupatinath, Boudhhanath, Kathmandu durbar square and Monkey temple(swyambhunath) and in the evening farewell dinner in Restaurant, overnight at Kathmandu in Hotel.

Day 17: After breakfast, Relaxing/shopping with own activities ,Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition’s representative will drop to Kathmandu international airport for onward destination.
